Refund policy
At B Earthy, we are committed to providing quality products and excellent customer service.
Due to the nature of many of our products, including consumables, supplements, tinctures, teas, and wellness products, we are unable to accept returns on opened, used, or tampered products.
Returns
We will gladly accept returns within 7 days of delivery if:
- The product was received damaged.
- The incorrect product was supplied.
- The product is unopened, unused, and in its original condition.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

- Opened tinctures
- Opened teas
- Opened skincare products
- Opened pet products
- Gift cards
- Products damaged through misuse
